Well I've actually had him for nearly 6 months, but just found out that our adoption is final etc and, understandably, am INCREDIBLY HAPPY and relieved!

I know we're really lucky that we got him so young (1 day) and the legal process is so quick (we live in Singapore). Best of luck to all of you waiting for your little angels.

I recently read the letter my mum received when she adopted one of my two brothers many years ago saying it was all finalised. She was saying how much it meant to her...and how she read and re-read it over and over. It brought a tear to both of our eyes (he's 46 btw)...can't imagine my life if that hadn't had happened and i hadn't got my big bro
