My friend really needs help from someone with a lot of adoption experience!!! someone on the parent perspective side................anyone willing to help her??. if you email me i will give you her contact details.........she really needs a sounding board, things have got out of hand.

She hasnt been given the full information on the child she has had with her for over 12 months, and he has recently been assessed due to his behaviour and her concerns about it.

I have emailed all of you who have written to me, with her email address. Make contact if you think you would be able to. I spoke to her today and she was overwhelmed and got a bit upset.............I told her if it was ok you would all be happy to share your experiences with her and maybe listen to what she was going through and advise if you thought it appropriate. She wants to talk to another mum, not a social worker or advisor.

I am her best friend and feel helpless to do anything for her

purpleparrot........blimey you have had a nightmare............I am so sorry you had to go through all this. My mate is certainly on the same road you were on, I just hope she can turn it around before she goes through half the shoite you have had to endure
