Questions for Paediatrician and foster carers - tomorrow!

We are meeting the Paediatrician and foster carers tomorrow, and just wondered what questions we should ask.
We have a list of the usual things, what does he eat, what's his routine, what can he do, what size clothes is he wearing, will he come to us with anything etc, but wasn't sure what else?

He is 7 months old. BM has no history of alcohol abuse but did smoke marijuana. BF, in the report, has no medical issues, but we've managed to find him online and have read there could be 'mental health' issues. He has a history of drug abuse and violence, so this may just be from that.

Nappy size. Brand of detergent used.... Do they use things in the house like plug ins. Am going to have a think about the other things that I found useful/would have found useful and will get back to you!

You’re welcome. I was the same - the foster care was exhausted by the time I’d finished with her!
Good luck and I hope it goes well!

Have to endorse the list from Dontbuymesocks!
We used it when we adopted and it was brilliant.
Hope your meetings go well tomorrow, good luck!

Are u seeing both at the same time? I would question the Paed about how you access health help in the future if you do spot any worrying symptoms. Eg for us we were able to get our gp to refer to them rather than the usual children's hospital. Make sure you have an address and tel number.

I'm not sure if it's the same time, we were initially told we'd be meeting the doctor, and then a week or so later they said we'd also be meeting the foster carers, but not sure if the same time or after?

Will ask about health help though!

Sorry - meant to say good luck with it all. Mine was about the same age.
Dig for a few clues about what foster carers like - then if youare wanting to buy them a present you can have it all ready. (Intros are truly exhausting and you don't need to add one more item to the list of things to do!)
