Meeting with Paediatrician and Foster Carer - what to ask?

Hi We have a potential match and I'm meeting with the child's Foster Carer and Paediatrician over the next few days. I've compiled some questions but any advice would be greatly received!

Me too! We meet the kids, their foster carer & medical advisor tomorrow. No known significant health needs so just general medical questions (?) we need to ask & then lots of questions for foster carer to try to get to know the kids.

Would love any useful advice or tips etc too.
