Celebration hearing

Hi. Just a quick question . Do social workers usually go to the celebration hearing? Also the foster carer? Are we supposed to invite them or do they get an invitation as well as us or is it just for the family and our friends. Many thanks

Social worker also get a letter and join you if they are free.

Foster carer is up to you to invite.

Our SW recently said that this was our occasion and she only came because we extended an invitation to her. There's probably no harm in checking with yours just in case.

Oh right, ok thank you islurpmyspagetti. TBH I don't really want my sw there, (various reasons)and was just wondering if she would've had invite! Maybe I'll just email her and check in the new year. I'd really like it to be just us and a few close friends and family.
