I've been asked to write a message for a friends dd memory book and I have no idea what to write, what sort of things should I include? Thank you

I have no idea. Never heard of this.

Is this a DD your friend is about to have placed with them for adoption?

Are you particularly close, as in you will be spending lots of time with friend and the DD? If so maybe "Hello Jane, my name is Isobel and I love cats and dancing. I've been good friends with Mummy Ivy for a long time and I can't wait to meet you" ??? (or however new Mum is introducing herself). This is what we did with pictures of immediate family in our Introductions book.

If you are friends with the birth mum, and it is part of that, then maybe "I was friends with Mummy Zara and I used to love playing with you. You especially liked it when I swung you up high, and when I sang silly songs"
