Finishing our assessment this week! And quick q on references.

DH and I have a day and a half of meetings with our social worker this week to finish off our assessment. She will then draft our PAR and we will meet again in mid-September to go through it all to make sure we are happy with it. Then off on holiday and coming back to a panel on 3rd October!

She interviewed our references last week. I think they went well (she told my mum, who was her final interviewee, "I'll see you at the celebration hearing then!" When she left!). Is she likely to discuss these with us tomorrow or will this be confidential with us only reading the necessary bits in the PAR?

You won't hear (or shouldn't) anything about what the referees have said. IIRC none of it even got into our PAR, so I only know what I was told by the referees.

Nope she won't tell you anything and you won't see that bit of the par.

You shouldn't hear what your referees said... but all 3 of mine rang and told me what they said afterward!

Haha thank you! I know what they said from what they've told me, but I'm more interested in how she interpreted it and if she has any concerns based on what they said. But hopefully there aren't any concerns anyway as they seemed to go well!
