Help I would like advice. We were matched at the start of June. At a meeting on the first day of introductions the DC SW was told to order copies of their birth certificates so we can apply for necessary things like claiming for childcare. We are now 8 weeks or so and we still don't have them. I messaged the SW again who said there had been an issue but they had ordered and she would text when they were in. 10 days later I messaged her again no response. Feeling stuck as DS will start nursery in september but they need the code to claim for his space by end of next week but we can't do it without birth certificates.
