Is all information given to you when you adopt? Or is some kept back?
And if some is kept back can adoptive parents access it and how?

No it's not all given to you.

and no you can't acesss most of it .

What are your particular concerns ?

BTW the FOIA has a number of absolute exemptions , one of which is personal data, such as social services or medial records.
