Good books to explain adoption to children

Sorry to post again, just thought some of you might have some good ideas! I'm looking for books to read to the children with the idea of adoption or moving to a new family etc. Particularly to read to my little girl (aged 2.5) as I think she's going to be confused when the little man leaves us!

Iv been given a few from the adoption team (finding a family for Tommy, the family book and Dad David, Baba Chris and me) but any other other recommendations :-)

My SW used Nutmeg Gets Adopted to explain adoption to my DS who is a very young 4. It's aimed at children who are being adopted but would also work for foster carers birth children in that it talks about everyone still loving Nutmeg when he goes to his new home.
