How long did it take??

How long did it take you to go through the adoption process?

We've been told our application is being treated as fast track and will take 16 weeks (currently foster DD).

Is this timing fully complete she's ours or how long until court and all paperwork is complete.

We have just adopted our fc and we missed stage 1 out completely. We started last dec. Panel should have been jan but delayed every month until june when we were approved and matched on same day. You then still have to wait 10 weeks to lodge papers . Ours went in during sept and we got ao last week . Whoop whoop!
