Is there anything you'd wished you'd known?

Hi everyone.
I'm really excited as we are going to panel on Monday We've been rushed through assessment as our LA have a couple of potential matches for us already.
I was just wondering, is there anything you wish you'd known before panel?

That they are on your side :)

They want you to be approved and are not looking for reasons not to approve you.
Also, for us, there was no debrief afterwards just a "well done, we will be in touch" and we were sent on our way!

There was a crash on the motorway closing all 3 lanes! We all made it in the end. For our placement panel we turned up an hour early and treated ourselves to a slap up breakfast in the canteen.
Seriously though - just be yourself. If you've got this far you'll be ok.
