If a sw is given a dead line to have done something by, and it isn't done by that deadline what happens?? If anything??

The IRO may tell the SW they are not impressed, but that's about it.

Absolutely nothing. Even when they get told off for not having things submitted correctly in court it's a slap on the wrist.
