Step parent wanting to adopt my daughter
Hi there. My partner and I have been looking into him adopting my daughter
My daughters dad hasn't been involved and isn't on the birth certificate he was highly abusive to me butte now trying to take me through court for access which he has admitted to people he is only doing to get at me and doesn't care about his daughter
Was just wondering how to go about this as everything I have read is England base and I'm from Scotland
Any advise would be great thanks
