When do intros go wrong?

I'm due to start intros next month and have been wondering under what circumstances could intros be postponed or cancelled? Does anybody have any stories to share?

If you've been matched at Panel, I would imagine that it is highly unlikely for Intros to be cancelled or postponed barring illness, bereavement or you getting cold feet.
SS have made a huge investment (time and resources) on LO been adopted and FC/SW will be preparing LO for the move.

What kind of stories are you looking for ?

Ours were postponed for a few weeks due to a family bereavement. Intros were very tough for us.
