Adoption support fund

Has anyone made an application via their LA? What did you ask for and did you get it?
Our Social Worker keeps asking what we want but doesn't really offer any suggestions. Really floundering past a bit of life story work or play therapy.

Some ideas here?

You must ask for FAR more help than you think you will ever need. If you don't need it , that's fine, they will use it for someone else .

You need specialist help from PAS or similar, a general play therapist probably won't have any experience with adoption issues . And they are worse than useless on attachment problems .
