Has anybody read this book by Sherrie Eldridge? What did you think of it?

I have. I was largely unimpressed. It was extremely wordy without saying very much at all - one or two helpful tips which could in all seriousness have been described on a postcard. Struggled to finish it - and I am an avid reader, especially of all things adoption.

I read it years ago. It's not great really. I got the impression that the author has a big chip on her shoulder about being adopted.
