A positive update from me!

I had to start a new thread, because being able to post a positive thread feels like progress So, let me boast about my DS a wee bit

DS got Star of the Week at school for last week!!

I'm so damn proud of him. He's had to cope with such a lot since going to back to school, and it's not been easy, but it's wonderful, wonderful, to see him making progress. His teacher said he got it because he's improved on his behaviour and handling his emotions so much since the start of October. Apparently he was a totally different child in the last 2 weeks to what was going on back in September. Now he has a nice mini-certificate thing and a sticker, and he was very pleased with himself as well

I need to take a moment to say that his teacher is a lovely person as well, so understanding, and great with DS

Also, on a smaller scale, I ate an Orange Club Bar earlier and it tasted really nice instead of bland

I remember the advert too but do not like orange chocolate, I do like a plain club though

Thanks for the club song. There have been a few times I have felt old at 37, one was when songs from my teenage years were on radio 2 'Golen Oldies' The second when my adorable niece said I am too old to wear a meringue wedding dress as they are for younger women (not that Iam planning for this style) and the club moment!

JammyJimmy It's funny you should say that because guess what I found on offer at Tesco yesterday and am snacking on in bed?

And yes, you read that right, tonight I have an appetite :)

Woo Hoo. Chocolate orange in bed. Delicious. DH and I demolished a whole chocolate orange the other evening!
