Hello

Does anybody know of a general body or educational site that would have research/educational papers and articles considering attachment.
I'm specifically looking at adopted children growing up and the influences on them as adults.
This is purely for own use and not as research for any organisation.

This is kind of my thing! To be honest, most academic articles on attachment will not be freely available as publishers charge people a lot to access them. I would suggest doing a search on google scholar (just google the word 'scholar' if you haven't used this before). It basically does a normal internet search but filters the results so you only see academic papers or chapters in books. You might not be able to get into all the results without being asked to pay, but there should be some free ones out there too.
Apologies if this is more specialist than you meant. I'm sure lots of people on here can recommend good general info websites on attachment, but your query sounded a bit more specific.
I would put in the search terms attach adopt and adult* and see what comes up...

(If you put in the word with an asterisk after it google looks for all the possible endings so adopt* would find adopt , adopted, adopters etc.) Apologies if teaching anyone to suck eggs!
