It's very sad that adoption rates are falling while there is such a big need.

It is very sad, I have a Canadian friend who lives over there and has adopted 3. She is in the process of adopting her fourth but there have always been delays, lost paperwork etc on all of her adoptions. It is also been very difficult in the past to adopt from SA to the UK.
