I heard there was a new ITV adoption series, but that article was the first I've actually heard what's going to be in it. Thanks

Adoption is a big TV topic at the moment, it's really quite incredible how much there has been. We're less than 5 months into the year, and already on to the 4th adoption related documentary on a mainstream TV channel

Were finding them really helpful as were trying to keep family updated and explain the process to them, but these programmes actually let them see examples, so their understanding it a lot better. And I never tire of hearing other peoples stories too, especially folk on here

I wish there was a series looking at the effects of being adopted. What it is like for those who are adults now.
Not necessarily a finding bp programme, more of a discussion, narrated, peoples stories etc.

Thanks, mypreciousring I managed to track down the links on the social work programs. Very emotional but very interesting.

Off to watch episode 3 now of 15,000 kids which is finally on youtube :)

I made a thread called "Adoption on Television" or something very similar, and I posted links to, so far I think 9 different documentary series, I haven't 15,000 yet but I will soon. Have a look at that adoptmama
