Adoption leave question

Hi. Does anybody know how long you have to be back at work before you can start another period of adoption leave ( and receive the full- paid period)
It's obviously theoretical at the moment but wanted to be prepared.

MrsB I don't think there is anything 'legal', so I think it'll depend entirely on your contract and employment benefits. I know if my DH takes his full entitlement of six months (3 full pay, 3 half pay) he has to return to work for 3 months following his leave, and after that three months, things return to 'normal' and he would be entitled to a 'new' adoption leave, providing he returns for 3 months following it.

Do you have a copy of your employment contract? Or access to employment benefits documents?

Not at home no. I think they are on the intranet at work. I think I'll have to bite the bullet and ask, but I'll ask my union rep, not management. I don't want them catching wind of any of this before we've decided what to do.

Medical for Dp was not so great.. 1kg on since last medical, bp was elevated. Just about tops off a fantastic week! And it is only Tuesday why the hell do we bother putting ourselves through this crap.
Got prep tomorrow but I am not looking forward to it after the sh*t time we had with the LA
