Some good news....

I'm not a 'regular' but thought sharing our good news may lighten the mood on here a little .....

we received our Final Hearing date today for our Adoption Order and its 3 weeks away!!!!

I loved our adoption days.

Hiya congrats! we too are getting a date soon & wondered what did you do to celebrate the day? We're unsure what to do as it will only be us but has anyone any suggestions? Or just tell me what you did? Xc

thanks everyone... its been a long and painful journey but that is all behind us now... onwards and upwards...

We are having the celebration hearing at court 3-6 weeks after the AO is granted and then we are planning a naming ceremony for LO and also going to renew our wedding vows at the same time....

I'm thinking maybe just to go out for a meal straight after the celebration hearing with those people we've invited to court....

Brilliant news - it's nice to have some good news at the moment! And it is really lovely to be free from SW, nice as ours were....

Lily..... We had our photos taken at a studio on our adoption days then had a small family party at home.
