This is an urgent call for aid:

I'm being subjected to Axel F's "Crazy Frog" on repeat!!!!

It's been on for over HALF AN HOUR SOLID Shock Really loud

The both of them (DD2 and DS) have even made up some dance moves to it and they're shockingly awful!

Aid of the medical variety for my ears and brain needed. Earplugs no longer good enough - it's drilled into my brain and I can hear the tune in even in the silent gap while the CD player rewinds. Also aid for my eyes witnessing this butchering of all that dance is probably supposed to be, if I actually knew what the definition of dancing is

Please send this help ASAP comrades, else I'll collapse in a gibbering heap on the floor. Or posibly smash the CD player...

Yours Truly,
An Innocent Victim

ps. I'm also delighted and sniffly to see them both having such fun together and getting on really well. Cause these two fight like crazy sometimes

Bloomin' heck misses, you had me worried at first. Glad all is well.

Lilka · 03/01/2014 21:18

Sorry Italian Blush I'm always debating how much of the ongoing issues we're having to post, and if I posted everything if would be the 'Lilka's troubles, rants and whingeing area' rather than the adoption board! Nothing absolutely major happening now though Smile

But all is NOT well right this second, because this bastard song is still playing. Aaargh!! Have you all HEARD it??

Do you have a second CD player? If so, get The Hamster Song on at full blast and start a "cheesy song off".

Suggestions for songs:
Barbie Girl
I'm going to Ibiza

Hope that solves Grin

You're a bad influence Rudolph Shock Grin

DD2 LOVES Barbie Girl
It's almost as bad as Crazy Frog. But not quite...

Or the other option sing at the top of your lungs I got a song that will get on your nerves get on your nerves etc n maybe they will take the hint?

BaaHumbug · 03/01/2014 21:46

I'll see your Crazy Frog, and raise you "What does the fox say? Ding ding ding ding ding-ding d-ding-ding". Grin

Years ago we went to our LA's summer adoption party, the DJ was Mr Bubbles the clown. DS said Mr Bubbles played the best music he'd ever heard. (YMCA, Fast Food Song etc). Perhaps a poor taste in pop music is one of the lesser known effects of adoption.

Lilka · 03/01/2014 22:25

DD2 sings that too mistakes Grin

None of you are sending an immediate private jet to evacuate me to a safe distance, you're all just giving ideas for my further torture

You're all in league with my kids. Sadists Grin

And yes, though DS is now in bed, DD2 is still playing Crazy Frog

2 hours on repeat and counting....

MaryQueenOfSpots · 04/01/2014 10:53

But what does the Fox say?

Ringerdingdingdingding etc

Lilka · 04/01/2014 13:09

No one's saying anything now, because I've hidden the CD player!!!! Grin

I'm not spending my whole Saturday listening to torture music. No Barbie, foxes, witch doctors, dogs, hamsters, European holiday destinations, fast food joints, and most definitely NO FROGS

It was turned off near midnight btw.

I think some parts of my brain will never recover
