Hi , sorry to hear that , have u tried to contact the agency , I'm sure u have tried everything . Hang in there it will happen ... Our dd is now 20 months having come to us at 6 months . First one we saw and she stayed . We did go through concurrency which had its own share of trauma s as things did not go quite to plan ....
