Anyone else watching WDYTYA on at the moment with Lesley Sharp? She was adopted at 5 weeks old in 1960 and is tracing her birth Father's family.

I have just watched this on Iplayer and found it very interesting. I was also adopted at 6 weeks old in 1959, however I know my birth parents were married and that my bm died giving birth to me, as a result of heart failure and complications in birth associated to polio. I have been told that even if she hadn't died I would still have been adopted, so bittersweet in some ways. My adoptive father died 4 years ago aged 95 & my adoptive mother is still alive & well aged 93, and I adore(d) both of them.
