Hi every one just had our seconed to last home study today but towards the end she said that she would need to have a look in our fostering file *my oh had a allergation a few years back that was proved unfounded we kept the child in question after they were NOT moved and also foster another child after wards but i cant help now a feel a little but worried we were foster carers for just under 8 years

Oh said nothing to be worried about we were up front about this from the start and produced our fostering review with the deatils surrounding the allergation at the first home study

It sounds like they are dotting every I and crossing every t to be honest.
The SW has to be absolutely certain they have every fact available to them, otherwise at panel the whole assessment can be pulled to pieces. If she is asked at panel why she did not look deeper into this, she will find it difficult to answer.
If you have been honest from the start, which it sounds like you have, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
Good luck.

Try not to worry, Domjolly sounds like they are just doing all the checks.
