Second time adopters panel tomorrow!

We've done it before 20 months ago and we are doing it again. I feel more nervous this time round. Am so tense and feel sick.
We've been doing concurrent planning with DS's new born sibling and if all goes well we will adopt her. It has been an emotional roller coaster ride. We both feel so nervous.
Is 2nd time round at panel any easier than first. ??

I didn't find it easier 2nd time around, athough I knew what would happen unlike the firt

I found it much easier, not because they were any different but because I knew there was no reason to turn us down.

However our SW was in with panel for what seemed like hours on our 2nd time. So when she finally came to get us I blurted out 'you've been ages, what on earth was happening I was beginning to get worried'. She kind of smiled at us and just ushered us in to the panel room.... which was when I realised that it was right next door and she had left the door open so the panel members had heard everything I said!! Ooops! They still said yes though!

They don't take you to panel unless the SWs are confident you will get through.

We did it!
Panel only had 1 question for us!

The chair wanted to do the match too but the relevant paperwork wasn't ready
Main thing is we were approved and they obviously want us to keep our Little one too!
What a mad 10 mths it's been.
