Any support groups for parents who have had childen adopted?

I am getting professionally concerned in this area, and I have tried various ways of max. support for mums, and sometimes dads, who have had children adopted.
Do we know of a national network of groups or individuals who offer this work for parents in this position? OR is there a regional organisation? Or any other type of service available? The response of statutory agencies has been a bit mixed, and I am pretty sure there is much more out there than I am being told there is.

Can anyone be of any help in this regard?

thanks.
