Reflux or CMPA in 4 week baby?

DD is 4 weeks and a bit of a spit up baby. We are EBF and she spits up after maybe 2-3 feeds per day, not a lot but enough that I notice. This is worse if I lay her flat immediately after a feed and don’t burp her. Sometimes she also seems to struggle for a poo and is quite content once it’s come out. I’ve found it helps to hold her upright for about 10-15 min before laying her in bassinet at night. Usually she sleeps well (3 hour stretch overnight) but occasionally is grumbly and is up after an hour or so. But she’s never cried nonstop or been unable to settle as a few friends with reflux babies experienced. Her pops are yellow and sometimes stringy but not mucus. They don’t have as many of the white mustard seeds as I remember from DS, who never had spitting up issues. (The GP initially thought he had CMPA due to eczema but it was later found out it was due to peanut allergy).

I’m not sure if I should try to eliminate dairy or if this is normal for babies? Health visitor said to try infacol. GP said it is too early for allergy testing for this baby.
