Hair mask - for soft/silky/shiny hair

I colour my hair at hone with a box colour. I love how silky and shiny my hair is afterwards. Can anyone suggest a nice hair mask I can use to try and recreate this between colours? My hair seems to be more wiry and dull , possibly menopause related.

I like garnier hair food. I usually use the banana one but I’ve also used the goji and soy one when I’ve coloured my hair which is fab. That one seems harder to find but I’ve seen it in large boots and on amazon

Someone was on here a couple of days ago raving about the swishy shiny hair bestowing properties of actual bananas!

I love Philip Kingsley elasticizer, expensive, but worth the money

Oh god HAIR! Not hear.

Not sure I could cope with actual bananas!

Depends how much you want to spend. The L'Oréal ones in the tubs are nice, I like the lilac one (I think it's hylaronic) and the orange with the pink lid. Smell nice and leave my hair feeling and looking lovely. If you want to spend more, kerastase or Philip Kingsley.

I use either banana hair food by Garnier or osmo one from Amazon.
