Got a heavy cold for the last few days but today living alone i decided to stay in bed. Knew it would be warmer and as ive a busy week coming up thought a good rest would help me get better.
Just gone for a shower and thought to myself first thing in the morning must change the bed.
Its not due for another few days but as ive been ill i sort of thimk itll need a good hot wash because of the germs. Obviously not d n v that would be changed straight away but does anyone think like me if its just a cold headache or similar it needs changing straight away?
