Just binged watched this over a few days
Towards the end it kinda seems to skim over the damage done to everyone
And I don't like the ending

What did you think to it.?

There’s a thread in telly addicts about it. TV pace only though.

Yes. Had an affair-at the time before I was caught it was an extremely magical time

I've not but Mrs Honeysuckles who works at our village post office has. I have changed her name for protection but we all know round here we were not born yesterday. Hee husband Dennis was distraught and developed a stutter because of it

I can’t imagine. I don’t want an extra man to accommodate in my spare time 😂

Nope. Been with husband since I was 21 and never been even slightly tempted.

I did cheat on a boyfriend once when I was about 19. That boyfriend was an absolute arsehole, who was also cheating on me, but I still shouldn't have done it.

I'm not watching adultery - any good?

Same. Ones bad enough 🤣

But an affair doesn't have to be about "an extra man". There are plenty of single people who have affairs with married people. I've known a few cases where the married person was actually able to well conceal the fact they were married. The poor old single person is then having an affair without even realising, which is a disgusting position to put someone in, starts making future plans etc, and then some wife jumps out of nowhere.

Happened to my single cousin and it was horrible for her. The guy was in London for work, but had a wife and 3 kids back home, (another country) and this was around 2006 so social media wasn't what it is today so there were no family photos out there.

ending was disappointing, it did not cover the dmage caused for someone who has been ok the recieving end of betrayal , the devastation is real and kids edpecially older ones don

beingtakenforafool · Yesterday 01:19

forgive always quite so quickly
she also pretty much blamed him for her affair
but if your not happy voice it and leave before you cheat. Finding out you have been betrayed by the person you trust is devastating

Honestly, I’m probably more likely to have an affair than to watch an ITV drama.
