Hi there im new to Mumsnet but as a mother of five Im outsourcing for my daughter who’s passion is childcare and wants to be a nanny she’s been trying to find an au pair job or junior nanny job for a year now she used to previously work in a preschool as a nursery nurse and has been babysitting adhoc for a family for over a year now but is struggling to make way into the nannying career there any advice I can give her that would be beneficial to her.
