Suggestions for warm, waterproof but inexpensive shoes

Today, my feet were absolutely frozen, so I definitely need some new shoes

they need to be

warm
comfortable
waterproof

and preferably under £50.

Any recommendations please

Is £55 too much? I dont have their current offerings but my previous uniqlo shoes are some of my most comfortable, functional shoes and surprisingly waterproof being essentially plastic. I needed the above and smart I'd try the boots

I find warmth is mostly in the socks and wearing two pairs. One a thing cotton, one thicker. Used to love wool/wool mix socks. But im actually REALLY loving primark cosy socks
