Are more girls than boys being born recently?

I’ve known 6 babies born in the last year and ALL were girls!

is there anything in that or is this just confirmation bias?

See I've seen only boys born.

Confirmation bias I'd say!

I had a girl! But she was the only one in the nct group.

1 boy, 1 girl in my 'community' in the last couple of months.
1 boy, 1 girl due in the next couple of months.

Family wise, in the last couple of years it has been all boys.
But of course, all purely anecdotal.
