Eliminating the Smell of Weed

Hi,

A friend wants to sell her house, and the house next door is a HMO and they often smoke weed. She said the smell often infiltrates her property but she hasn't raised it with them as she always wanted to sell the house relatively soon and hence didn't want anything to put off future buyers.

She says that when she originally looked it smelt of incense, and now she realises why!

Is there anything tried and tested that could work well, and even better if it doesn't 'mask' or overpower it but rather eliminates it?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know the answer but I thank God I live in a detached property in a fairly isolated location. This would drive me absolutely nuts. It's getting worse and worse everywhere we go. Town centres, streets, parks, neighbours' gardens, all full of it. It's an awful, awful smell that gets into everything. One of my employees used to smoke a lot of weed and came to work absolutely stinking of it every day. Luckily we sacked him (for something else) so I don't have to tolerate it any more.

I agree! It's made me think the same! I don't care about the occasional whiff, but I can really see why the smell of it in her house is driving her nuts. You can't escape! They are quite noisy too which is another issue.

Well, to be brutal she could report them to the police. If she can get them to stop smoking it in there then she has a chance of clearing the odour. It’s not just the top green notes, weed also leaves a sickly, pungent undertone that is hard to get rid of.

Satya Nag Champa incense sticks are the way forward unfortunately.

Cannabolish or ONA gels.

Googling Cannabolish now - I never knew of such a thing!
