Sound bath at Center Parcs

Has anyone been to one? I’m considering booking for my holiday but haven’t got any idea what to expect. Will it be in the pool? Should I go in swimwear?

Any guidance appreciated!

There's no water involved! You'll lie on a mat while someone plays singing bowls. It's a lovely relaxation experience.

It was meh. Part of the spa experience so wore bathrobe.

I did one on holiday. Most people were in their yoga gear. It was bloody lovely! The instructor said you can get a bit "sound bath drunk" and I was sceptical, but was definitely out of it for the rest of the day.

I went into it thinking if it's good enough for Kathy Hilton and the other rhobh it's good enough for me. Was not disappointed.
