Has anyone ordered a blanket from Oodie?

Asking because I bought one of their padded blankets in a 'single bed' size and they are saying that Royal Mail posted it through my letterbox 🫤

Is that even possible? They look quite thick and its like 140cm x200cm

It might be in a vacuum packet.

I've ordered 2 blankets from OOdie and they don't come vacuum packed and definitely would not fit through a letterbox.

I have two. They were vacuum packed, IIRC, but they wouldn't fit through a standard letterbox. They were parcels.

Is there no delivery picture? Have you check round the back/side of your house, in the bins or any garden boxes?

Yes the delivery photo is just the corner of a parcel being held up in front of our door.

We live in a mid terrace that is directly on the pavement, so no front garden or any way to access the back garden at all. There is absolutely no where to hide a parcel

It sounds as though the parcel has been pinched. Get in touch with Oodie to let them know this. They will refund you and in turn will be refunded by Royal Mail.
