Baby Shower Hamper - Help!

I'm putting together a small hamper for a friend who's having a baby.

It's to be given at a baby shower <eye roll> I want to mostly give stuff for the mother with a couple of things for the baby when it arrives.

I don't have children and have zero interest in them.

What could I put in the hamper? Any thoughts appreciated, thanks.

Are you thinking things like nipple pads, spritz for bits, painkillers etc or like... more nice to have stuff like a thermos (so she gets her tea still warm) slipper socks, chocolates etc?

She'll be bombarded with stuff for the baby/aimed at a new mother, so I would get normal things you know she'll like and use, the same as you might for her birthday and Christmas - do you know what she likes in the way of toiletries, skin care, that kind of thing? & just one or two things for the baby, like you say, maybe things you can't have too many of (no idea what as I've never had a baby but I'm sure there are things!)

I'm really not sure, to be honest.
