Our 16 week old kitten is missing. We have just moved to what was supposed to be a lovely house. There's a noisy dog next door. We knew due to the timings/ sound etc that this person was not going to be nice to deal with. Went looking for cat. Neighbour turned Up wanting to talk about boundary. Stupidly I thought I'd deal with him and sent husband to look for cat. After all I'm a 40 yr old strong woman. He realised I had complained about dog noise and got aggressive. Extremely aggressive, repeatedly in my personal space. Threatening that if I want a battle I'll get one. That he's known locally for being aggressive so I had better watch myself. Continued on at my husband including driving at him aggressively forcing him against a wall (on foot) I found out today that it's a guard dog and has been trained to bark etc. So basically cat is dead if he's gone in there and if he wasnt he would be now cos this guy will set the dog on him. We are going to have to re-home the remaining cat. It's not safe for him. Guy is convicted rapist - time in prison for 39 counts of rape.
Very very sad cat tax

Feel like it's my fault for not being fast enough to lie when he said - it was you complaining about the dog?
But I know that shouldn't have a correlation to my personal safety. He was so close he was almost touching my chest.
And now the cats paying the price of a horrible dog and person next door.

Oh no I'm so sorry. I'm sure he will come home soon. Male cats are buggars for wandering off and staying away for DAYS (weeks even.)

If they are not found dead, after being hit by a car maybe (I'm praying this hasn't happened!) they are usually OK! Cats are savvy and quick too, and it's unlikely next door's dog got him.

I am so sorry that you have such a vile neighbour. Is there any chance you can move? It's horrible for you to have to live next to such a horrible neighbour.
