I am thinking of making crepes during this half-term break, for the first time ever. I'm not fussed if i dont get it right on my first few attempts 😊. Please can i have recommendations for the best, safe, non-toxic and fairly durable crepe pan? I've googled, and i've gone down the inevitable rabbit hole. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

I just use our large frying pan, I don’t have a specific crepe pan just make sure you use less batter than you think and really spread it around to get them thin.

Didn't Frasier and Niles have their crepe pans seasoned around this time?

You can use a frying pan. If you're going to make crepes regularly a crepe pan has low edges so you can get a spatula under the crepe easily, or you can use what asian cooks call a tawa, which may be slightly concave or flat and is also good for cooking flatbreads.. The best ones are cast iron but will need to be seasoned, then just wiped after use rather than washed with detergent

We have the le creuset one (birthday present!) but actually a normal drying pan seems to work better on our hob
