Not fit to fly certificate needed - recommendations

I am due to fly tomorrow but have developed Covid. My insurance will only cover me if I have a certificate. Can anyone advise if they have used an online form before?

Insurance say that I need to cancel before leaving ruling out my GP.

I just want to crawl back into bed so any help would be appreciated

An online GP appointment will probablyhave this sorted in no time and for a relatively low cost, something like Zoomdoc and the like.

You can cancel and recoup cost through insurance afterwards. Flights may not be refundable but you should be able to get the air taxes back regardless. Your gp can complete the relevant insurance form but may charge a fee which then forms part of your claim.
