Is anyone else struggling with searching for jobs/work in general?

I WFH four days a week in a professional role for a huge for profit organisaion. M.A Qualification, therapy qualification. Paid peanuts.

I am centre manager of a small tutoring organisation and tutor two evenings a week. I would love to do this fulltime but it won't be feasible until I've drummed up more interest.

I've just been looking for a role similar to mine, WFH but maybe a tiny bit more money! There's nothing! I've applied for a role as a PIP assessor that I know I won't get as I don't have the 'essentials'. I hate that I just sit here being bored making someone else rich. I feel wasted and disheartened.

Can anyone relate or give me some hope that they eventually found something better?

I sympathise, it’s brutal out there just now. So disheartening.

It really is! A few years ago I was searching for a job after redundancy and found 100s of them that were something I was qualified for/able to do. I picked what I applied for! Now It's that I am having to look at jobs I'd ordinarily not consider.

Same. Can’t believe how shit things are just now! I’m crossing my fingers, and sending positive vibes to us both!
