Hi

my daughter is 12 and has a Cafcass section 7 interview. Would they listen to her from anybody’s experience to vary the order. There are no safeguarding she just wants to vary things. There is too much contact.

i was worried as i had my call and the officer said they would probably leave things the same and they hadn’t even spoken to her?!
I find these Cafcass calls strange

They should always take her wishes into consideration, especially as she gets older and wants to hang out with her friends rather than her parents - in the nicest way lol
