Evening All! I have accepted a job offer in Exeter and am wondering what areas people would suggest to look around? I have a son in primary school, would ideally like to be around 20 mins to the Sowton Park and ride commute wise.
Budget will likely be around £350k for a 3 bed, would want a semi decent size garden and parking. Is this possible? There are a few online atm but I’m not that in the know about which areas would be alright… TIA
