Cooker drawer totally jammed

Someone has put too many oven trays in the cooker drawer and it's completely stuck. I've tried all the normal things (waggling a spatula and a knife in the gap). Can't find any way to take the drawer off its runners.

Any more ideas before I call an engineer out?

I think I'd carry on trying to get the oven tray to shift - shaking the drawer, trying to push trays back. Swearing loudly helps!

Is it built in or free standing? Could you get in from behind somehow? Or can you open it enough to see if you can take the front off the drawer?

ETA: Shouldn't the someone that put too many trays in be sorting it? Or are you they already trying to sort it? 😂
