How to deal with favouritism?

My DD7 is a competitive gymnast - she does two different disciplines. She’s been at one club for about 2-3 years. It’s always felt like there has been an undercurrent of favouritism (my DD not on the receiving end), but over the last couple of months it has become more and more blatant to the point my DD has noticed and it is affecting her self confidence. Any advice on how to approach this? I don’t feel like the coach would be receptive to a conversation but my DD doesn’t want to leave although it is making her sad almost every session.

What form is the favouritism taking, eg is it the case that only the "favourites" are ever selected to represent the club in competitions? Are the "favourites" at least arguably better gymnastics, or are people who are less good gymnasts being treated as favourites for other reasons?

To be honest it’s more to do with recognition in the class. Their rewards are stickers/prizes/star of the session slips which then go towards trophies and awards. There are some children which get 4/5 stickers a session and my dd can go a few sessions without getting one. For example, my dd completed a difficult skill without any help for the first time - the coach actually videoed it (though that hasn’t materialised). Other gymnasts required help to do the skill and got stickers for that particular skill but my DD didn’t. She has never had a trophy/award/anything in the 2-3 years she has been at the club. We’ve tried to encourage her to focus on her achievements but she is 7 and is seeking validation from her coach!

Nevermind the stickers, explain what is happening with the video....
