My dd and dp are having to move to another city for 10 week for treatment for their dc

they have a rented house to stay in and they are leaving in the next few days

its 400 miles away

i I want to send them with a practice food parcel for when they arrive

do coffee pods salt and pepper ( I notice one of the reviews for the house said no salt and pepper)

they are both healthy living, gym people who walk

plrase help me with ideas for a nice bundle

How about all the things you build up over time normally, so salt and pepper but add a few herbs and spices.

Are you literally sending a parcel or are you getting a supermarket delivery? If it is the latter then a home made 'meal kit', obviously this depends on what they eat but say as they like a Sunday roast, meat, potatoes, veg, flour, milk, eggs, a nice pudding.

If you can get in touch with the place before they arrive you could perhaps stock up their freezer.

I just wanted to send a useful hamper

i wasn’t going to do a food delivery or fill the freezer
