To think it’s not my diet?

I have had the results of a blood test and I have a slight b12 deficiency and have been advised to eat more eggs, salmon and meat.
I don’t eat much else though as I don’t eat gluten as I have an intolerance so basically live off meat, fish, eggs etc so it can’t be my diet causing the deficiency.
I am 43 and still having regular periods but that’s not to say peri isn’t lurking around the corner, I only have one vice and that’s white wine other than that I don’t know.

How much white wine though? Too much alcohol can lead to Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Maybe a bottle once a weekend, not excessive maybe a bit more on holiday but liver function is fine.

Thanks that’s useful. Perhaps I’ll cut out the wine as a precaution.
